3D Measurement

We utilise an Addata Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to provide detailed dimensional analysis for Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIRs) and production batch verification. Configured to the relevant tube diameter, the system accurately generates the centreline profile of bent components, enabling precise verification against approved component designs and specifications.

3D Checking

For small, intricate, or high-volume components, we design and manufacture bespoke checking fixtures using Autodesk Inventor and our in-house 3D printing capabilities. These fixtures enable CNC machine operators to perform rapid in-process inspections, ensuring that critical bend positions and tolerances are maintained throughout production. This helps guarantee that every finished component fits and performs exactly as intended.

Physical & Visual Inspection

Quality begins with careful inspection at every stage of production. Our team carries out detailed visual and dimensional checks to ensure that materials and finished components meet both customer specifications and our own high standards.

Surface condition, dimensional accuracy, handling damage, dents, scratches and other potential defects are identified and assessed before components progress through production or are approved for dispatch. Using a combination of calibrated measuring equipment and experienced inspection personnel, we help ensure that every component reaches the customer in the required condition and performs as intended.

This proactive approach enables us to maintain consistent quality, reduce non-conformances and provide complete confidence in the products we supply.
