The Tube Quoter is designed for engineers, fabricators, manufacturers, buyers and procurement teams looking for a fast and convenient way to obtain pricing for tube bending requirements. To generate an instant quote, you’ll need to provide the tube material, outside diameter (OD), wall thickness, bend radius (CLR), developed length, number of bends and the quantity required. You’ll also be asked for a part number or reference and your contact details so we can generate and email your PDF quotation. If you’re unsure of the exact developed length, an approximate measurement is usually sufficient for an initial quotation.
The Tube Quoter provides automated pricing for quantities of up to 30 identical components. For larger quantities, please contact our team directly for a bespoke quotation.
Developed length is the total length of the tube before it is bent. If the exact developed length is unavailable, an estimated value is usually sufficient for an initial quotation.
The Tube Quoter currently supports a single bend radius throughout the component. If your design requires multiple bend radii, please contact us for assistance.
The system assumes the component can be manufactured using standard tooling and appropriate clamping space between bends. Please refer to our Tube Bending Guides for additional design guidance.
