Listertube is pleased to announce the latest addition to its manufacturing facility with the investment in a Unison Breeze 76 electric multi-stack tube bending machine. This advanced technology significantly enhances our tube bending capabilities, enabling us to produce more complex components while improving efficiency, flexibility and sustainability.
The investment forms part of Listertube’s ongoing commitment to expanding its manufacturing capabilities and providing customers with innovative tube bending solutions for increasingly demanding applications.
Greater Flexibility for Complex Tube Components
The Unison Breeze 76 is a multi-stack tube bending machine that allows multiple tooling sets to be mounted simultaneously. This enables the production of components featuring several different bend radii within the same tube, reducing setup times and increasing manufacturing efficiency.
The machine is particularly suited to complex tube forms that require compound bending, where bends are positioned so closely together that there is insufficient straight tube length available for conventional clamping methods. By utilising multiple tooling stacks, Listertube can manufacture challenging tube components with greater accuracy and repeatability.

Enhanced Capabilities for Large Radius and Tight Radius Bending
One of the machine’s tooling positions can be configured with a ring roller setup, allowing the production of large-radius bends and sweeping curves within the same component.
In addition, the machine’s push-assist technology enables significantly tighter bend radii than those typically achievable using conventional bending equipment. In some applications, bends can be produced down to a radius equivalent to the tube diameter itself, providing greater design flexibility for customers developing complex products and assemblies.

Supporting Sustainability Through Energy Efficiency
As a fully electric tube bending machine, the Unison Breeze 76 consumes significantly less energy than traditional hydraulic alternatives. The investment supports Listertube’s wider sustainability objectives by helping to reduce energy consumption while maintaining the high levels of performance and precision required by customers.
The improved efficiency also contributes to faster production cycles and increased manufacturing capacity, allowing Listertube to respond more effectively to customer requirements.
Expanding Tube Bending Capabilities
Following the successful completion of staff training, the machine is now fully operational and supporting customer projects.
The investment enables Listertube to produce:
- Tube diameters up to 76mm (3″)
- Components with multiple bend radii
- Complex compound bends
- Tight-radius bends of less than 2D
- Large radius bends and sweeping arcs
- More complex tube geometries within a single setup

By combining advanced bending technology with skilled operators and extensive manufacturing expertise, Listertube continues to invest in capabilities that improve efficiency, shorten lead times and deliver greater value to customers.
This latest investment further strengthens Listertube’s position as a leading provider of tube bending, tube manipulation and tube assembly services across the UK manufacturing sector.
